Joan & Jacky’s Kortright Centre engagement photos turned out so beautifully, thanks in no small part to the adorable couple standing in front of my camera!
Engagement Photos at Kortright Conservation Centre
Visiting Kortright Centre for Conservation for the first time is such a great experience! Kortright was just as pretty as I’d hoped it would be. The staff welcomed us and after giving us a map, explained which areas of the Kortright Centre were the most popular for photography.
We were really impressed how walkable the Kortright Centre was! All the major locations I wanted to photograph (especially the hugely popular redwood forest, likely the most popular background for Kortright Centre engagement photos.) It was clear why the Kortright Centre for Conservation is one of the most beautiful photo locations in Toronto!
Boho Chic Romantic Toronto Engagement Photos
Joan & Jacky were so much fun, and Joan even brought along the most beautiful bouquet for the engagement session! It was absolutely stunning and gave just the right pop of colour amongst the redwood trees. Not to mention Joan herself who looked natural, boho chic and radiant with hair & make-up by talented Toronto stylist Windy Chiu. Joan’s look was so well suited to the natural surroundings that Kortright offered us for their Toronto engagement photos. Her romantic hair style was soft & flowing – it went amazingly with not only her sweet outfit choices but also her sweetheart of a Fiancé Jacky.
By the way – speaking of Jacky – isn’t the ring he gave to Joan absolute perfection? The heart shaped halo diamond engagement ring certainly caught my eye, and it complemented Joan’s personality so well (she’s insanely creative & artistic, but more about that in the wedding post!)
Thank you Jacky & Joan! It was so much fun photographing your Kortright Centre engagement photos and the wedding was even more amazing! I can’t wait to delivery your wedding gallery and share those images here on the blog in the future. You’re not going to want to miss this wedding at the Hamilton Art Gallery. Joan actually hand painted almost everything, from her invitations to all her printed decor! Absolutely mind blowing. I think she wins the most artistic bride ever award. Stay tuned for all the beautiful details.
